| Placing an Order |

While negotiations for prices can be done on private channels, all orders
must be posted on the Corporate Forum by the buyer.

| Minimum Payment & Construction |
|
The minimum payment (construction cost) of all ships ordered must be
paid before construction begins. Any remaining debt will be paid on delivery.
|

| Canceling Orders |
|
Orders can be canceled at any time before delivery with 80% of the agreed
sale price returned.
|
|
| Delinquent Accounts |
|
If the buyer is unable to finish payment on their order at time of delivery,
Corellian Engineering will return 50% of the minimum payment and sale the order
at auction.

|
| New Republic Military Orders |
|
Do to contractual obligations, the New Republic Military can purchase any
ship in the Corellian Engineering's starship catalog at cost with the
exception of the Corvette, sold at 18,000. However, they can not, in any way,
resale their ships above the initial construction costs.

| Embargoes |
|
Corellian Engineering honors all embargoes placed by the New Republic Senate.
Currently, this includes the Empire and all of it's known allies.
|
|
| Character or Government Scale Credits |
|
Corellian Engineering accepts both character and government scale credits
for certain ships. The sale price for each scale are listed in the starship
catalog.
|
|
| Restricted Sales |
|
Some of Corellian Engineering's more powerful ships are only available to the
New Republic's allies. If the buyer's allegiance to the NR is questioned,
confirmation will be obtained from the New Republic High Command to continue with
the sale. Authorization will always be obtained in that manner for all sales of
Majestic-class Heavy Cruisers.
