Designs: Rendili StarDrive's Board of Directors is conservative and does not take risks in the market with new designs. It is not interested in offers of them from outsiders.
Pirates: Rendili StarDrive does not patrol the galaxy, but when a pirate group is located within reach, it is willing to move to destroy them, in order to maintain safe trade.
Rendili System: Rendili is a restricted system under corporate ownership. Entry to the system is denied to all except under special circumstances determined by the Board of Directors. Trespassing ships may be fired upon without warning. Movement of resources into the system is by corporate-owned transports through the nearby Vaufthau system, and all deliveries and drop-offs occur there.
Starship Purchase Agreement: This agreement is meant to remove Rendili from liability from the misuse of its products by buyers, particularly actions which could offend the mighty Galactic Empire or New Republic. Rendili StarDrive does not consider misusers 'not its problem' and sell ships recklessly, especially not now that it has a new Star Destroyer design, whose participation in battles can't be shrugged off as being an old one the Hutts or some other group had and sold. Therefore Rendili requires buyers to sign a starship purchase agreement for the Victory III Star Destroyer, saying they won't interfere with the Civil War and to make sure they know that Rendili StarDrive is willing to destroy marauders on its own before a galactic government can complain about the ships they're using.
This purchase agreement is not meant for the Empire or New Republic themselves.

Starship Purchase Agreement
The undersigned, _______________, hereafter "The Client", agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale, as set forth by RENDILI STARDRIVE, hereafter "The Company".
1) All warships, freighters, starfighters, transports, space stations, weapons, or other machinery/equipment outlined by this contract, purchased by The Client from The Company are not to be used in a military manner in the Galactic Civil War, being the military conflict between the New Republic and the Second Imperium, their agents, territories, and/or subsidiaries.
2) Unacceptable use includes any manner of violence, agression, harassement, sabotage, espionage, or other activity defined by The Company as military involvement.
3) Acceptable use includes acts of shipping, defending the assets of The Client, military activity unrelated to the Galactic Civil War, or other activities defined as acceptable by The Company.
4) The Company holds the right to interpret the terms of "acceptable" and "unnacceptable" use, and act as it sees fit.
5) The Company will, under NO circumstances, take responsibility for the actions of those who violate this contract.
6) The Company will meet violations of this contract with prosecution, detainment, incarceration, and/or military action.

Trianii Worlds: Rendili StarDrive only operates the defenses of the Trianii homeworld, but is willing to engage in actions anywhere in Trianii space as needed. Besides a substantial payment for its services, Rendili stays out of the political affairs of the Trianii and is looking forward to when the Trianii Rangers are built up enough again to run effective intersystem patrols.
