| Galactic Gladiato League Gladiator Walker Deal |
1. GGL will get a discount price on the purchase of the zZip Motor Concepts Gladiator Walker. (Stock and standard models.) [10% off of suggest retail cost]
2. As long as the GGL is running matches and events, the CSA will increase their prices of the zZip Motor Concepts Gladiator Walker, which will be sold to others at a higher cost. This would make the customer go to GGL for the walkers but still lets the CSA sell the product to those that wish to. [15% more then the price given to GGL]
3. GGL will advertise the CSA, as a sponsor and providers of the zZip Motor Concepts Gladiator Walker. (This could be CSA or zZip.) More details on this maybe received from the Media Division.
4. The CSA may enter for free into the League.
5. The CSA may enter in their own Walkers with their own modifications (not limited by the 4-modification limit.) they may also enter with Military personal. (The modifications most still be approved by GGL.) [The CSA can have up to 7 modifications.]
| Procurement of Surplus Imperial Military Goods |
1. An approved Imperial advisor must be contacted and informed of the resale of any Imperial surplus obtained through this agreement, prior to the deal being closed. If the advisor deems that the surplus should not be sold to the party in question, the Empire has the option to nullify the sale. 5% of the total order price must be provided to the CSA by the Empire in order to cover administration costs in the case of a sale nullification. The Empire may also choose to offer alternate equipment for purchase and resale under this agreement. If the third party in question agrees to the switch, the 5% administration fee will be waived.
2. The Empire will receive 20% of the profits on any Imperial surplus equipment obtained through this agreement that is resold to a third party. The following formula shall be used to determine the imperial profit return;
Imperial Profit = ((Resale price) - ((CSA retail cost) + (cost of equipment added by CSA))) * 0.20
3. Any items deemed important to the Empire may be removed from equipment obtained through this agreement. 110% of the cost of any removed items will be subtracted from the purchase cost. If replaced with alternate systems, 110% of the difference in cost between the original item(s) and the replacement(s) shall be subtracted from the purchase cost.
CSA retail = (Base CSA retail cost) - (((Removed equipment value) - (replaced equipment value)) * 1.10)
[Example - Walker worth 1000 has weapons worth 200 removed and replaced with weapons worth 100. New CSA cost is 1000 - ((200 - 100) * 1.10) = 890]
4. The Empire may note certain systems as being restricted and not available for resale. The CSA must remove these items before selling the equipment to a third party. 110% of the cost of any restricted items will be subtracted from the retail cost. If replaced by the Empire with alternate systems, 110% of the difference in cost between the original item(s) and the replacement(s) shall be subtracted from the retail cost.
[See item 3 for equivalent formula]
5. The Imperial High Command has the right to limit the total number of goods available through this agreement, irrespective of the Empire's current supply levels of such goods.
6. The Empire will provide standard training for two (2) full crew compliments worth of CSA personnel for each piece of equipment purchased through this agreement. This clause may be waived in the case of non-technical goods.
