Civilian Vessels follow the traffic corridor shown in your NavComp datafile. All vessels reduce speed to 4 units per time part. Arexian Customs vessels are scanning your ships during transit. Any ships that have questionable power levels or lifeform reading will be inspected by Customs. Have your crew, passenger, and cargo manifest ready for inspection.
