Ellis Vista
Dargo Station's owner is an older Chevin Humanoid. He grew up a slave but somehow escaped and entered the business world. He started out as partner in a cantina, and took over the business when the other partner died of old age (according to Vista). He has since moved on, and started a number of business ventures, from repair companies to foodstuff transportation, until he sold all those ventures to start Dargo Station.
Vista is extremely business savvy. He doesn't care about the war or the New Republic beyond the fact that he has a business arrangement with them that lets them use his station. Despite that arrangement he is still known to make life difficult for Republic ship captains. It's widely wispered that he tries to make under-the-table business arrangements with New Republic officers, usually in exchange for cutting through the red tape associated with getting repairs done quickly at Dargo Station.
Mr. Over'se
Mr. Over'se (his first name is unknown) is Dargo Station's Repair Chief. He is a dark skinned twi'lek who speaks with a tropical islander accent, and likes to play loud music wherever he is working. A civilian both by trade and nature, he regards Republic officers with open and overly friendly arms. Unfortunately his sense of urgency when it comes to repairs is sometimes lacking, to the frustration of many a Republic Captain who needed to get underway quickly.
Pas'darn
Pas'darn is a Sarkan and a nosy one at that. He has a small stand on the promenade of Dargo Station where he sells gems from his homeworld. A longtime resident of Dargo Station, Pas'darn keeps his ears to the wall and is a key cog in the rumor-works on the station. Unfortunately he only repeats what he hears, and does not verify if the information is correct. Pas'darn has learned to forgo the Sarkan protocal so known to be integral to Sarkan behavior, as long as the individual speaking to him buys one of his gems.
