Group Guidelines:  Territories

Territories consist of areas containing multiple star systems, sometimes as much as one or more sectors' worth, that have banded together (or are grouped together) for one reason or another.  Being much larger entities than the individual settings in this branch, territories unfortunately are not accepted as new groups at this time.  In order to create a territory, your first step is to create a free planet or other similar setting.  Then, you'll have to find a way to convince your neighbors to join in your cause, whether it be a trade union (easier), defense pact (difficult), or full-on control over the system's government (extremely difficult).
