Armored Commander: Major General Eliaz Naram
General Description: If the Infantry is
the Army's backbone, Armored is its muscle. Chosen from a large pool of
candidates and highly trained both in Avivash and with their units, Armored
personnel have traditionally thought of themselves as an elite group within the
Iyudean Army (although roughly 49,000 active Infantry troops would disagree).
Iyudah's Armored corps currently stands at roughly regimental strength, although
it remains a severely understrengthed regiment before planned repulsortank purchases
over the summer. Over time, the Army hopes to grow the corps to division
strength, at the least. Units are usually deployed with Army Corps at the
company or battalion level.
