System Location

The Saalhom System lies two days off the Celanon Spur, between the New Republic world of Celanon and the neutral Thrasybule Sector.  From the Iyudean Cutoff, the local hyperspace route that extends to the system, travelers are one day from Celanon and the Salin Corridor and roughly four days from Pallaxides, a major world in the Thrasybule Sector.  Most traffic to and from Iyudah originates at Celanon.
