    Troops

    Troop complement aboard ships, plus 30-50 to protect the base.
    Weaponry: Blaster pistols (4D), blast vests and blast helmets, one out of eight troops has a blaster carbine (5D); occasional heavier weapons, stun grenades, and charges for the tougher ships to board.

    Income

    Based solely upon material captured in raids done in SWI; no other place, and just sitting around saying your ships are out raiding does not count.

    Bases

    One, small, backwoods planet. The only effect this planet will have on your income is that it can support your pirates' food requirements.
    Defenses: Minimal. Keep it a secret.
