Of Lyndon’s six provinces, one has a major city, another is home to several factories and factory worker towns, and most of the rest are open ocean and small to mid size islands and archipelagos. Lyndon has a thriving fishing and sea farming industry and the islands are often tourist hot-spots in the summer months. During a short three week part of winter, many of the islands have to be evacuated, as the moon’s gravity counteracts with Carlisle’s gravity to cause tidal waves and a constant ocean spray, this is often called the “Sea Spray” season. When it’s over the region’s residents return home and resume their lives. Lyndon has three limited services starports, one of which is evacuated during the Sea Spray season due to its coastal proximity. Lyndon’s population numbers 400,000.
