Physical Description: Tall and handsome, Anaël's dark brown wavy hair, once neatly cropped, has been allowed to grow a bit in the past five years and now reaches just below his chin, although he usually pulls it back into a short ponytail. He has a strong face with an angular jaw and doesn't worry about shaving every day. His eyes are blue and carry a weight of age that his face otherwise doesn't betray. He is very fit and slim.
Although descended from nobility, Anaël wears the clothing of a long-time spacer. He carries a guitar and one bag containing all his possessions wherever he goes. Although he's usually very clean and wears a friendly and engaging demeanor, he does look the part of the interstellar transient he became almost a decade ago.
The only heirloom of his former life is a small and unassuming signet ring which he wears on the fourth finger of his right hand.
Personality: Anaël tends toward quietness, although he's friendly and upbeat when he interacts with others. He speaks softly, though his voice carries a weight of authority within it. He is determined, sometimes stubborn, and loyal. Also, despite (or more likely because of) his noble upbringing, he is an avid supporter of basic rights common to all species and social classes of the galaxy.
